| History: | On
receiving the letter from Bishop Bosco Penha dated 14th June 2001, the
Parish Priest Fr. Aloysius Furtado appointed Mr. John Mathais to represent
the Parish at the inaugural meeting on 25th July 2001 at the Salvation Seva
Kendra, Dadar. The meeting was jointly convened by Bishop Bosco Penha, the President of the Archdiocesan Christian Life Commission and Fr. Gilbert D'Lima -The Secretary of the Archdiocesan Biblical Committee and focussed on the need to establish Biblical Cell in each Parish. |

| Activities: | 1) Bible Quotations are put up on the Notice Boards. | |
| 2) Biblical slide shows and sessions are conducted. | ||
| 3) Biblical Cell members also conduct house to house visits all around the Parish to enroll new members and speak of the need of letting God's Word influence our day to day life. | ||

Meetings are held on every alternate Sunday at 7.30pm in the church hall. Parishioners interested in joining this association can
attend the group meeting to register.
